The hotel boasts a stunning beach view and the location is hard to beat, right by the surf beach. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property leave a lot to be desired. The rooms require an update and the service can be hit or miss, particularly during busy times. While there's potential for a great stay, the current state of things made it difficult to fully enjoy our experience.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay. The hotel was dirty and unkempt, with filthy carpets and windows. Room service was lacking, and breakfast was a disaster. The location is nice, but the condition of the place ruins the experience. I won't be returning, and I certainly don't recommend it to others.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room offered great views and was comfortable, but it felt quite dated, especially the bathroom. There were some nice amenities for families, and the location was excellent. However, I encountered a significant issue with cigarette smoke coming into our room from the neighbors, which was very unpleasant. Overall, it provided reasonable value for the price, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
